California Technology Park

California Technology Park, a 138-acre site of land, is located in the Borough of California in the southeastern corner of Washington County. Easily accessible from all directions, the park is located at the California Exit of the new Mon Valley Expressway (Route 43), five minutes from the interchange of Interstate 70.

With a rectangular shape there are no limitations to the site development at California Technology Park. Bisected by a 20 foot wide paved access road, the technology park has underground utilities at the curb, conduit for fiber optics and digital switching. In addition, all sites have been fully graded and are pad ready.

Environmental assessments, state historical preservation clearance and Phase One Environmental Clearance have all been completed at the park. The land was not mined and consists of a flat terrain and clay soil. Currently the park offers six development parcels ranging from five acres to 16.5 acres.

Owners and occupants who engage in new construction in California Technology Park are eligible for a five year tax abatement to Washington County, California Borough and California School District taxing bodies. California Technology Park tenants can also take advantage of tax credits because of the park’s location in an Enterprise Zone.

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington developed California Technology Park.
