Starpointe Business Park

Starpointe Business Park, located in Hanover and Smith Townships, was developed to enable companies to take advantage of the Pittsburgh International Airport and transportation system available in northern Washington County. The park offers premium lots with excellent utilities access and ideal site locations. Several sites in the 325 acre first development phase are pad-ready. Further expansions will cover the remaining 1,153 acres.

Situated on 1,153 acres, underground utilities provide state-of-the-art access, functionality and easier sight lines to the business park. Starpointe is conveniently located off of State Routes 18 and 22 providing excellent shipping and delivery access. The Pittsburgh International Airport is a short ten minute drive from the park.

All properties are eligible for the Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance Act (LERTA) for five years. LERTA properties are eligible for tax abatements on improvements to property for five years.
