Limited nights. Unlimited energy. The party is officially back in town and the nights you remember are yours again. Vibe Pop-Up Night Club is reloading once more at Hollywood Casino at the Meadows, but it’s here for a good time, not a long time, so you’re going to want to experience the vibe over and over again on Fridays and Saturdays while it lasts.

If you’re not sure what Vibe is, trust us when we say you’re going to want to check it out this time around. Vibe’s first iteration was a semi-permanent nightclub at Hollywood Casino at the Meadows (formerly the Meadows Casino) that ran from about 2014 to 2018. It was only open on Fridays and Saturdays, thus the “pop-up” status.
Vibe was the go-to place for some serious late-night 21+ only fun in the county, according to AJ Brach, aka DJ AJ Fresh, who was a big part of developing the original Vibe experience back in the day. It’s only fitting he’s also part of the team bringing Vibe back to Washington County.
“Out of all the places I’ve played over the years, there’s a handful where I’ve just had an absolute blast from beginning to end,” Brach said. “I’m super pumped to bring Vibe back with Hollywood Casino at the Meadows.”
Just like its predecessor, Vibe 2.0 is all about what’s in the name: Good vibes only. The pop-up will offer guests that premium nightclub experience in the form of an expansive and creative signature drink menu, bottle service, themed nights, events and a rotating cohort of DJs like AJ Fresh who will all keep things fresh (no pun intended) in the red-carpet space.
Décor will feature several nods to Vibe’s first run, as well as a few new pieces, and Brach says he’s already working on integrating footage from over the years into his signature video mashups that play during his sets as a fun throwback for those who did attend the original Vibe.
More than anything, Brach and his partners at Hollywood Casino at the Meadows want Vibe to be a melting pot for people of all generations to come together and have fun, regardless if they attended the Vibe the first time around.
“I think the younger generation in Washington County definitely knows there’s room in our county for a late-night space, and I think they skipped over a little bit of that fun and entertainment in their own backyard when COVID happened,” he said. “I hope Vibe is a place they can come and party not only with their friends but make connections with other people, no matter their generation or if they’re local or coming from downtown or wherever.”
In addition to turning up the volume on Fridays and Saturdays, the organizers behind Vibe are planning a few special themed nights and parties, so we definitely suggest keeping an eye on DJ AJ Fresh's socials for upcoming announcements on those.
“The hope is to make a great summer event and hopefully expand it into the future. If we can do what we did before and people come enjoy it, I don’t see why it wouldn’t keep rolling. There are a lot of things happening and planned that make this a legitimate nightclub and a legitimately good time,” Brach said.
Vibe is officially launching at Hollywood Casino at the Meadows on Saturday, May 2. The nightclub will be open Fridays and Saturdays from 10 p.m. – 1 a.m. The nightclub has no cover, but it is 21+ only.
