Whiskey Rebellion Festival

Rebel like it’s 1794!

Come to downtown Washington, PA to celebrate our role in the Whiskey Rebellion with music, a parade, re-enactments, children’s activities, food, and of course, whiskey!

The three-day festival kicks off Friday night with the sweet sounds of the Washington Symphony Orchestra. Saturday will feature a parade as well as 18th century artisans. Street theatre, historical demonstrations, tours of the Bradford House and Whiskey Rebellion Education and Visitor Center and more will continue until festival close on Sunday.

Bring the whole family down for an educational, and fun, time!

Duncan & Miller Glass Museum

July 9-10

Duncan & Miller was known as “the loveliest glassware in America,” and that sentiment continues to attract collectors today. This annual show and sale has been a tradition since 1975.

Vendors will be selling glass wares including genuine Duncan Glass from all eras, art glass, cut glass, bottles, porcelain and ceramics, estate jewelry, holiday decor, books, coins, and toys. The National Duncan Glass Society will also present a special collection of glassware as well.

Grab lunch and dessert before or after browsing the unique selection. Experts will be on hand for glass identification each day.

Washington Wild Things

July 20

Take us out the ballgame at the Frontier League All-Star Game, live from Washington County!

The All-Star celebration and festivities begin on Saturday, July 16 and run through Wednesday, July 20, with of the playing of the All-Star Game.

Saturday, July 16 kicks off the week of activities with the 2nd Annual Three Rivers Celebrity Softball Game hosted by former Pitt All-American Dorin Dickerson featuring celebrities and Pittsburgh figures. Team Pittsburgh against Team World. Who will take home the bragging rights?

IWC returns with Wrestling in the Ballpark, an afternoon wrestling show on Sunday, July 17. IWC has made prior stops at Wild Things Park with Superstars like AEW's Wardlow and Brian Pillman Jr. and current IWC mainstays like Jock Samson, Elijah Dean, Jaxon Argos, Andrew Palace, Jack Pollock, Bill Collier and IWC Heavyweight Champion Bulk Nasty.

The Eli Young Band will hit the stage at on Tuesday, July 19 with hits like Crazy Girl and Even If It Breaks Your Heart. Tickets start at $10 for general admission. A great country show right in your back yard!

The finale of the week will be the All-Star Game on Wednesday, July 20.  The stars of the West Division will battle the stars of the East Division in 9 innings action packed innings. Tickets start as low as $5. Don’t miss an action-packed slug fest amongst the Frontier League’s stars!

Adios

July 31

A week of Grand Circuit Harness Racing culminates with the biggest race of the year at The Adios Pace for the Orchids.

It has been held annually since 1967 and is named after Delvin Miller's, The Meadows Racetrack founder, famous stallion, Adios.

This premier event for three-year-old pacers will pack in rail-to-rail, food, music, family fun, and top-notch racing.

McDonald McSummerfest

July 30-August 6 (Closed July 31st)

A long-standing community tradition, McSummerfest draws in crowds from all over the county each year for food, live music, fireworks, rides and more. Bring a chair and enjoy the one of the many bands. This family friendly event is free. Check out the line up and head out to McDonald this summer!
