Whether you are fueling up before work, stopping for a break while Christmas shopping, or visiting with family and friends, Washington County coffee shops have the seasonal flair you are looking for.

Fans of Hallmark Channel’s Christmas movies will know the scene: small towns decorated in lights and wreaths, shops bursting with Christmas spirit, and the local coffee shop where everyone meets.

I invite you to enjoy Washington County’s local coffee stops this Christmas season.  Enjoy the holiday’s best flavors in coffee, lattes, mochas, and baked goods.  Join me for my version of a Christmas classic-Caffeinated for Christmas.

Little City Coffee

Not far from the Monongahela River in downtown Monongahela sits Little City Coffee. Serving espresso, coffee, frappe, and much more, this coffee shop inspires you to grab a cold-brewed one and take in a good book.

Drink options like a Pure Maple Latte or harvest blend coffee keeps you caffeinated through November.

Come December they roll out the red carpet for their winter line up. A Peppermint Bark Mocha warms the heart and soul. The Snowfall Blend flows seamlessly from Santa to the sleighbell of a winter ride.

Try one of their winter offerings- the Turkish Delight Latte. A reference to The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, this drink has homemade syrup of rosewater, bergamot, lemon, and orange with a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top.

Enjoy a little quiet time over the busy holidays among the many books at Little City.
