Band Blast & Little A Town Rodeo
Back to Top of ListIf you’ve picked up a copy of our 2025 Visitor’s Guide anywhere around the region, you know we’ve been increasingly excited about Little A Town Arena in Avella, PA.
This community arena has been a fixture of downtown Avella since 2007 but rebranded in 2024 to host larger and more diverse events. June officially kicks off its 2025 season with Band Blast - a battle of nationally-recognized acts like Ruff Creek, Bon Journey and "The Voice" Season 7 winner Craig Wayne Boyd - on June 14. Following Band Blast is the highly-anticipated Little A Town Rodeo, an action-packed day of bareback riding, barrel racing, team roping, steer wrestling, saddle bronc and bull riding. Other events of the season include the Pow-Wow Mountain Man Rendezvous and Bulls, Barrels and BBQ later in the year.
Little A Town Arena isn’t just a venue, either – it’s a nonprofit dedicated to giving back to the community, with proceeds benefitting organizations like the Avella Volunteer Fire Department, Avella’s Future Farmers of America chapter, Avella Athletics, and Independence and Cross Creek Townships. All that and more are just a few reasons to keep your eye on Little A Town Arena this year and in the years to come.
