The first West Alexander Fair was held in 1906 and highlighted horse races as featured events. The landscape of county fairs and its entertainment offering have certainly changed since then, but they still offer family fun close to home.

The West Alexander Fair is a country fair with agricultural and livestock exhibits, Fair Queen selection, tractor pulls, truck pulls, antique machinery, rodeo, chainsaw carving, live entertainment, food, entertainment, amusement rides, and more!

Fan favorites like the demolition derbies (Tuesday and Wednesday), Arena Cross (Thursday), and fireworks (Saturday) keep the whole family entertained!
