Snow Much Fun: Can't-Miss December Events in WashCo

Enjoy a host of festive toy train layouts at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum during its annual Trolleys & Toy Trains, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the month of December. Visitors will be able to marvel at the holiday Lionel toy train display and a season Lego display, then board a real trolley for a festive ride on the tracks.

Head on down to Old Schoolhouse Players in Hickory for Nuncrackers, a holiday comedy for the whole family. The first “TV Special” taped by the Little Sisters of Hoboken in their convent basement studio for Cable Access, this musical stars the nuns you love, plus Father Virgil and some of Mt. St. Helen’s most talented students. This show is filled with "Nunsense" humor, some of your favorite carols, a "Secret Santa," and an uproarious take on Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Ballet. Nuncrackers will make you laugh and maybe tug at your heartstrings.
