Enjoy a host of festive toy train layouts at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum during its annual Trolleys & Toy Trains, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the month of December. Visitors will be able to marvel at the holiday Lionel toy train display and a season Lego display, then board a real trolley for a festive ride on the tracks.

What started out as a simple community tree lighting has turned into a holiday destination driving thousands of visitors to the beautifully decorated streets of downtown Canonsburg each year. You’ll want to bring the whole family and explore the expansive food and vendor market, check out the train display, play games and do Christmas crafts, take photos with Santa, Mrs. Claus and the Grinch and be a part of the magic of the tree lighting!

Old Schoolhouse Players Presents: Nuncrackers

Head on down to Old Schoolhouse Players in Hickory for Nuncrackers, a holiday comedy for the whole family. The first “TV Special” taped by the Little Sisters of Hoboken in their convent basement studio for Cable Access, this musical stars the nuns you love, plus Father Virgil and some of Mt. St. Helen’s most talented students. This show is filled with "Nunsense" humor, some of your favorite carols, a "Secret Santa," and an uproarious take on Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker BalletNuncrackers will make you laugh and maybe tug at your heartstrings.
