The Washington County Tourism Promotion Agency reserves the non-exclusive right to use the photograph in its publications or other promotional purposes. By submitting the reply comment including the hashtag #OkGoWashCo, the social media user also acknowledges that any persons appearing in the photograph have given the applicant and the Washington County Tourism Promotion Agency consent for reproduction and promotional use.
